League One Mansfield Town will host Premier League leaders Arsenal, while Manchester City face a tricky-looking trip to Newcastle United in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

Mansfield‘s reward for knocking out Premier League outfit Burnley on Saturday, to seal a place in the fifth round for the first time in 50 years, was a glamour tie with Arsenal at the One Call Stadium.

Man City, who have won the famous old trophy on seven occasions – the last of which was three years ago – will need to repeat their Carabao Cup semi-final success over Newcastle if Pep Guardiola’s side are to stay on track for a possible eighth triumph and make up for their shock loss to Crystal Palace in last season’s final at Wembley.

After Brentford beat giant-killers Macclesfield in their fourth-round meeting on Monday night, they will face a fellow top-flight side from London in the form of West Ham United, at the London Stadium.

Having booked their place in the fifth round for the first time in 29 years by beating Ipswich Town on Saturday, Wrexham have been handed a dream clash with eight-time winners Chelsea at the Racecourse Ground, while 2022 winners Liverpool – into the fifth round for just the fourth time in the last 11 seasons, visit relegation-threatened Wolverhampton Wanderers.
