Over thirty years, Chris chaired investment committees that collectively and successfully invested more than $20 billion in real estate leased to thousands of companies. He has been a frequent speaker at real estate industry conferences, has published numerous articles on real estate finance and financial statement analysis and has been a contributor to Seeking Alpha. He has served as a visiting professor to Cornell University and has lectured broadly about real estate, business models and finance to universities nationwide. He is most recently author of “The Value Equation: A Business Guide to Wealth Creation for Entrepreneurs, Leaders and Investors,” published by Wiley in 2022. He was a 2019 regional winner of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of The Year® award. He received his BA from Washington and Lee University and his MBA from Georgia State University, which recognized him as a distinguished alumnus in 2022.
