Well, good morning, everyone, and welcome to Mobility Global’s 2026 Inaugural Investor Day. My name is Tejal Engman, and I lead Investor Relations at Mobility Global. It is fantastic to see so many of you in the room and so many more of you on the webcast. It’s great to have you join us.
So we’re going to have a very action-packed morning for you today. But first, I’m going to make the lawyers happy. As you know, Mobility Global plans to complete its spin from S&P Global to become an independent public company in mid-2026. And our discussion today will focus exclusively on Mobility Global with the financial outlook reflecting the company on a stand-alone basis.
