We have a busy day’s racing on Monday with competitive All-Weather action from Wolverhampton, live on Sky Sports Racing…

8.30 Wolverhampton – Yorkshire Glory and Aisling Oscar clash

A field of six will contest the final race at Wolverhampton on Monday, the Midnite Ain’t Your Grandads Bookie Handicap over six-furlongs and this sprinting contest revolves around the top two in the All-Weather Horse of the Year Leaderboard, Yorkshire Glory and Aisling Oscar.

The latter stormed to the head of the leaderboard this winter when accumulating eight consecutive wins for Adrian Keatley but is yet to win in his last four runs and may have reached his level now.

Yorkshire Glory on the other hand is currently on his upward curve and seeks a fifth straight success here and with less than two weeks to go in the all-weather championships, Ben Haslam’s five-year-old seems to be peaking at just the right time.

Billy Loughnane’s mount Betsen may be the one to spoil the party who seems to have made some nice improvement since moving to Tony Caroll’s yard and the five-year-old will be seeking a second all-weather success.

Previous course and distance winner Dyrholaey for Hollie Doyle and Archie Watson is one to note on his return to Wolverhampton while The Flying Seagull and Glamour Show complete this field of six.

6.00 Wolverhampton – Laureate Crown and Waterford Castle headline

A field of four head to post at Wolverhampton on Monday in the Daily Profit Boosts At betmgm.co.uk Handicap.

Waterford Castle finished seventh in the Chesham Stakes last summer for Ralph Beckett but couldn’t justify odds-on favouritism on stable debut 28 days ago for George Boughey who will be hoping that all-weather experience will help the three-year-old on this step up in trip.

After getting off the mark on debut, Hugo Palmer’s Laureate Crown proceeded to finish down the field in both the Vintage Stakes at Goodwood and a Group Three contest at Deauville on his next two starts. He comes here for a first run since being gelded and takes to the all-weather for the first time with champion jockey Oisin Murphy taking the ride again.

Corey Gold is by far the most exposed in this field but has been running to a fairly consistent level that may be good enough to win this and after having form behind Havana Hurricane as a two-year-old, this gelding now steps up in trip beyond a mile for the first time in the search of some more improvement. Born A Star for Connor Beasley and Charlie Johnston completes this field of four.

6.30 Wolverhampton – Little Miss India seeks successive wins

Little Miss India will face four rivals in the Bet £10 Get £40 With BetMGM Fillies’ Handicap at Wolverhampton on Monday and James Owen’s mare will be looking for back-to-back successes having justified favouritism round here last month.

After struggling on turf for Ian Williams, the relatively lightly raced five-year-old seems to have taken to the tapeta well and will be looking for a third success off a career high mark.

Tom Clover’s four-year-old Rose Cotton will also be seeking successive wins having scored over course and distance in January. After not winning any of her three starts last year, the filly was switched to the all-weather and got off the mark at the first time of asking and will be looking to maintain her faultless record in handicaps today.

Previous course and distance winner Samra Star is an intriguing runner for Linda Perratt who is now back down to the same mark as when scoring here in February and the five-year-old mare also has the assistance of Tom Kiely-Marshall who can claim a further five-pounds.

Bella Bisbee for Scott Dixon and Maywedance for John O’Shea make up this field of five.

    Best of the rest

4.15 Wolverhampton – €120,000-yearling Regatta faces nine rivals.

7.30 Wolverhampton – Course specialist Midnight Call seeks a fifth Wolverhampton win.

8.00 Wolverhampton – Legendsoftheland and Fircombe Hall pursue back-to-back wins.
